Uhm, Honestly, isn't OverLord a power and not an enchantment? It's called OverPower.

    http://nanatsunotaizairp.forumieren.com/t66-canon-power-equipment-claim

Overpower: A power that lets the user exert a malicious aura to intimidate their enemies (given they are equal or lower rank), and rendering them unable to strike back for a certain amount of time.

Overpower is more like an intimidation technique. Like if you were to use Leer in pokemon, they lower their attack.

Overlord augments others emotions. To either empower them or decrease their battle prowess.

Before we get into the options you have, is this usable on enemies. Because you state "augment or empower their allies emotions in battle" and then I read things like "target" and "her victim" later on. So is this designed to be used on foes as well? Just need an answer on that, because you would have to change the wording slightly.

    Now:

The general ability is fine, it will just need some restrictions added. There are a few possibilities to go about this.

You seem to want to make this an AoE ability. That is pretty much fine. But then it will need a duration and cooldown, like every regular Technique. I would suggest something not-too-high, not-too-low, in a range of 5 to maximum 7 posts.

The cooldown would have to be complementary.

This is IF you want to keep it an AoE ability. There are other possibilities to go about this, namely you make it single target. This is what I would allow for a single target Enchantment:

    - Overlord would only affect someone in direct physical vicinity. Overlord would have a duration, or rather a "period of decay", meaning it works for around 6 posts before the effect is lost again, you could use it say, up to 10 times in a thread but only TWICE on the same person. No cooldown.

    - You could affect a maximum number of 4 people permanently, but the effect would be lost once you move out of a certain range, say 40 meters. This would mean no duration, no cooldown. The effect would be lost once you are rendered unable to fight/pass out or receive severe damage.

This is all optional. If you keep it an AoE ability, it will just need a duration and cooldown and this would be good to go.

Some things I'd like to address. Part of the Enchantment is apparently that you can sense emotions from all directions. That's a no go. You can sense emotions of those you enchanted with Overlord. That's it. You can't passively read feelings from all directions through an Enchantment. That would be part of a power.

Also, you still haven't answered if Overlord applies only on allies or if you can also use it on foes. I'm guessing also usable on foes, but I need a clear answer because wording needs to be changed accordingly.

Lastly, add that you can only affect up to 4 people per thread, and you can't swap Enchantments. Meaning if you have Enchanted someone, you can't remove the Enchantment and simply place it on someone else. If someone is Enchanted, that is one person less you can Enchant in that thread.

Sorry I focused on the lower portion of what you wrote. But the idea was that the enchantment is support/debuff type of thing where she can effect both allies and enemies.

Can we say that the four person rule sticks, whether it be ally or not. Only Four in total per thread, as in people themselves. So that she can either have an supportive ally or a weakened foe. They can only be augmented twice before their mind shuts her out, this can only be used on the person she used it last. So if they are inactive through any means, she can't use it. This augmentation stays active as long as she's within 40 meters physically of the person she's targeting.

" Part of the Enchantment is apparently that you can sense emotions from all directions. That's a no go. You can sense emotions of those you enchanted with Overlord. That's it. You can't passively read feelings from all directions through an Enchantment. That would be part of a power."

That ya, I can remove that.

I can agree on that if you add two sections. Namely duration and cooldown.

For duration you would just write "Active as long as targets stay in range" and for cooldown "Can only be used 4 times per thread, and twice on the same person, effects gets lost once a target moves out of range or the user is incapitated"
