    Power

    Power Name: Full Counter
    Power Type: Reflect/Defensive
Power Description: Full Counter enables its user to reflect attacks aimed at him, including physical and elemental, back at the enemy, but with much greater power; therefore, the stronger the opponent's powers are, the stronger the user's power becomes

Strengths: enables its user to reflect attacks aimed at him, including physical and elemental, back at the enemy, but with much greater power; therefore, the stronger the opponent's powers are, the stronger the user's power becomes
Weaknesses:  the user cannot initiate any attacks themselves and only "power" attacks can be reflected; the ability is useless against indirect attacks, or an ordinary punch

Fighting Style: Colton likes to weaken an opponent by sending their attacks back at them. Dodging their attacks and making them tired. He then goes in for the kill. Other than that he would try to provoke the opponent to try and make them use a big attack so he could reflect it back at them.

    Techniques

    Power: Full Counter EStf1Nn
    Name: Vanish Counter
    Type: Defensive
    Rank: Expert
Description: With his palm facing an incoming attack, Colton folds his thumb and little finger. He then, rather than reflecting "power" attacks, completely disperses the attacks used against him.

Hello Hare! Today I will be grading your power, Full Counter!  Any corrections you need are below:

Full Counter: As of now, basically you are saying you can reflect any rank of direct power attacks and all without tiring, so I will have to limit that. I am proposing a system:

Right now, you are experienced rank, so you could reflect experienced and lower direct techs back at the opponent, making the tech a rank higher, but if you reflect two techs in one post, only the first will be reflected back at a rank higher, and the second will be reflected at the rank it was. You won't be able to reflect a third tech in one post due to your power having to cooldown.

Now, as for reflecting direct techs ranks higher, you will only be able to reflect one tech one rank higher than yourself in one post, but it will be reflected with no rank boost, and you won't be able to reflect anything else that post. Also, your speed will be lowered one level for the remainder of that post and your next post due to your body attempting to reflect something above your rank. Another rule is that if you do deflect a tech a rank higher than yours, you won't be able to deflect any other higher rank techs until the post after your next.

For direct power attacks that aren't techs and are used by a person experienced-rank or lower, I will say that you can reflect them without restriction, though I do ask you to follow the rule that says not to overuse your power please.

Vanish Counter: For this tech, you can make a direct tech the rank of this tech or lower vanish, and I am willing to change the cooldown to 3, since it sounds less worrysome  than full counter to be honest, but I could be wrong.

You can also make a tech one rank higher then this tech vanish, but the cooldown will be 6 posts instead, and like full counter, you will lose a level in speed for the remainder of the post and your next post.

Bump when you are done with your edits.

Note: For direct power attacks that break up into multiple attacks, you can vanish or full counter them all if you can catch up to them all. If you don't get them all though, it still counts that you countered a full tech.
